Bizcocho de aceite de oliva y miel

– 140 g de harina integral
– 140 g de harina blanca refinada de trigo
– 1 huevo batido
– medio sobrecito de levadura de repostería
– 200 g de miel
– 125 ml de zumo de manzana
– 1 cucharada de ralladura de limón
– media cucharadita de canela en polvo
– 1 cucharadita de jengibre molido
– 40 g de azúcar integral
– 100 ml de aceite de oliva virgen extra




Precaliente el horno a 180 grados.


Mientras tanto, tamizar juntos los dos tipos de harina, el polvo para hornear, la canela y el jengibre en polvo en un tazón. Añadir el azúcar morena, la miel, el jugo de manzana, la ralladura de limón y el huevo, mezclar bien combinado.


Pasamos un molde rectangular con aceite de oliva y se vierte en el mismo el anterior combinado.


Hornear durante una hora o hasta que un palillo de dientes que pega en el centro salga limpio. Dejar reposar unos minutos y luego retire con cuidado la sartén y dejar reposar sobre una rejilla.
